South Florida Peacock Bass

Peacock bass fishing in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale will be getting red hot now that the water has heated up. It's been cold over night that last few weeks so the peacocks have been somewhat slow. After that last week of hot weather we should start to experience great fishing for these great fish. Peacock bass need water thats hot to thrive and spawn. Below sixty degrees and peacock will die off. That's the main and only reason South Florida sustains a population of this specie other than Hawaii.
