South Florida Bass Fishing 2-5-08

It's been a good week for bass fishing in South Florida. We had three trips over this last week. Capt. Victor Cole was out in the Florida Everglades and boated over 40 bass and plastic worms. Capt. Chuck Westlake had Lenny Sortino from Boston up in West Palm Beach fishing Lake Ida and the canals. Lenny and I boated 20 largemouth bass up 4 lbs. all on plastic worms on giggy heads by Gambler baits. South Florida Bass Fishing 1-09-08

It's been great bass fishing in the Everglades and Miami lakes and canals over the last few days. On Sunday out of the Everglades we boated 42 bass up to 2 lbs. on senkos. Then today we were in West Palm Beach canals and boated 7 bass in a half-day to 4 lbs. The spawn is in full swing during full oon cycles so the bass fishing can be tricky. South Florida Bass Fishing Reports 1-6-08

It's been a great week for bass fishing in South Florida. Fishing out on alligator alley we boated 42 bass up to 2 lbs. on Sunday January 6th. Most of these bass were caught on senko style baits. The water levels are coming down which means the bass fishing is getting better by the day. With water temperatures rising and water levels dropping that means only great bass fishing to for South Florida anglers. Here a few pictures from the other days trip. We never had a big fish on but what a day for numbers.
