The Everglades of the Ft. Lauderdale area are starting to produce some good largemouth bass fishing. Today Capt. Victor and I were out for about four hours and boated about 20 small largemouth with one nice 5 lb. bass. The South Florida's Everglades are quite high after almost record summer rains but should start dropping quickly now that the rainy season is over. This nice bass was caught on a worm deep off the drop off ledge.
