Jim Kientzy and his brother-in-law Dwayne were out on Monday in the South Florida Everglades bass fishing with us. The guys landed 45 largemouth bass up to 3 lbs. That's small for this time of year but the rain has finally come and has slowed the bass fishing down somewhat now. Each year the process repeats itself like clock work. On Friday night June 13th a night tournament out of Holiday Park was won with only 22 pounds, we usually can catch that in the daytime! After that weight the bags went way down which is quite unusual for night fishing for bass in the South Florida Everglades.
